Meet the SDC team

Andrii holds a higher technical education. For seven years, he worked as an engineer at a nuclear power plant, where he gained experience in risk analysis, planning, and working to the highest standards of quality and safety.

After moving to Poland, he focused on real estate. For more than eight years, he has invested in property, managed rentals, and delivered flip projects. During that time, he gained practical experience both as an investor and as the person responsible for project development and client cooperation.

In 2021, he founded Cashflow Club Wrocław, a community that promotes financial education, informed investing, and entrepreneurship.

He met Serhii in 2023, and it quickly became clear that their experience complemented each other. Investment knowledge and property management experience came together with many years of technical and construction practice.

The natural next step was to establish SDC in 2024.

Today, Andrii is responsible for the company’s growth strategy, investor relations, analysis of new projects, and business development.

Serhii has run businesses in Poland and Ukraine for more than 20 years. He has also been involved in real estate for many years. While still in Ukraine, he delivered numerous investment and renovation projects, gaining hands-on experience in the technical side of property investment.

At the same time, he developed his own business specializing in heating systems, air conditioning, and modern building technologies. This gave him broad expertise in engineering, installations, and the technologies used in contemporary construction.

This combination of renovation practice and technical knowledge allows him to anticipate problems before work begins and select solutions that increase an investment’s durability and value.

At SDC, he is responsible for the technical preparation of projects, supervision of renovations, and quality control of the work performed.

Vladzimier is a young, ambitious, and responsible specialist who is steadily developing his career in real estate.

He began working with SDC as an additional role, but from the start he stood out for his commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. He quickly earned the team’s trust and joined the company full-time in 2026.

Today, he is responsible for rental management, communication with owners and tenants, and coordination of day-to-day property service. He is also developing his skills in renovation project management and gradually taking responsibility for further investments.

At SDC, we believe company growth starts with the growth of its people. That is why we invest not only in property, but also in our colleagues. One of the best examples of this philosophy is that Vladzimier bought his first apartment during his first year working with us.
